Listening with compassion, guiding with care

Counselling for children, youth, families, and new parents

About me

Hello, I’m Jolene. I am a proud mother of two with over twenty years of experience working with children, youth, and families as a teacher and school counsellor. My personal journey through postpartum depression and anxiety ignited a passion for supporting new and expectant caregivers during life’s big transitions. I believe the bond between a child and caregiver is vital, with secure attachment forming the foundation of a healthy, happy family. Guided by compassion and empathy, I offer a person-centered approach, walking alongside clients so they feel empowered, supported, and never alone.
