Meet the person walking this journey with you
I am a proud mom of two and have spent over twenty years working with children, youth, and families as both a teacher and a school counsellor.
My own journey into motherhood brought unexpected challenges—I experienced postpartum depression and anxiety with both of my babies. It was a time of deep struggle, but also one of personal growth and self-discovery. This experience sparked a heartfelt passion for supporting expectant and new caregivers as they navigate one of life’s biggest transitions—a chapter that can be beautiful, but also overwhelming, uncertain, and exhausting at times.
As an educator and counsellor, I have always been drawn to helping children, youth, and families thrive. I believe that the bond between a child and their caregiver is one of the most important relationships in life, and that secure attachment is the foundation for a healthy, happy family.
