Child Counselling
Play is a child’s natural way of learning, exploring, and expressing themselves. I provide a neuro-affirming space where children can explore big emotions- helping them understand their unique way of processing the world. In counselling, play becomes a powerful tool to help children understand their feelings, build self-confidence, and develop healthy ways to cope. Depending on the child, I may use activities such as games, art, drawing, sand tray, or imaginative play to support their growth in a safe and caring environment.

Parent Coaching & Support
Parenting is both deeply rewarding and at times very challenging. In parenting support sessions, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences openly. As a Certified Positive Parenting Coach, we will work toward your parenting goals while strengthening the connection and attachment you have with your child. As an educator in the school system, I can support you in navigating IEPs and and school advocacy to help your neurodiverse child thrive. Through collaboration and understanding, I support parents and caregivers in building confidence and fostering positive family relationships.

Teen/Youth Counselling
The transition from childhood to adulthood can be both exciting and challenging. I strive to offer a supportive space where teens feel heard, respected, and free from judgment. I offer teens a shame-free environment to manage executive functioning challenges, ADHD, or school-based anxiety without having to “mask” who they truly are. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening self-understanding, and navigating life’s challenges. Depending on the individual, our work may include approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based strategies.

Perinatal Mental Health Support
Becoming a parent is a life-changing experience that brings both joy and challenges. The physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and after birth are a normal part of this transition, yet at times they can feel overwhelming. Some parents may experience strong emotions, postpartum depression, or anxiety. As a Certified Perinatal Mental health counsellor, I provide a compassionate and understanding space where you can share your experiences openly. Together, we focus on supporting your well-being as you adjust to your new role as a parent. By caring for your mental health, you are also nurturing the bond with your baby and creating a strong foundation for your growing family.
