My Approach
I believe that genuine healing and growth happen when counselling is built on trust and connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard without judgment.
Since each person’s story is unique, I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs and goals. Depending on what feels right for you, I may draw from different approaches such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based practices.
No matter where you are on your journey, I will meet you there with compassion and encouragement, supporting you as you move toward the changes and growth that matter most to you.
